ATW Transfer & Refund Policy At ATW, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer refunds or transfers to another person, we provide a hassle-free event transfer option for those unable to attend their booked event. If you are unable to participate in your scheduled event for any reason—including injury, illness, pregnancy, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances—you can transfer your entry to any future ATW event. There is no proof required, we trust you! Even better news, transfers can be made all the way up to 48 hours before your original event date. Regent's Park is the perfect setting for a fast and traffic-free Sunday morning 10k. The course covers an accurately measured 10k route over 3 laps wholly within the park and attracts runners of all abilities. Beginners are most welcome. The race is chip timed and is mostly flat with slight undulations. The race start and finish are on the Broad Walk close to the espresso bar. The race is fully marshalled with kilometre markers and a water station.

RUNNING GRAND PRIX AT GOODWOOD MOTOR CIRCUIT – SUNDAY 6TH DECEMBER 2026! Come and join us for this 5k, 10k, half marathon, 20mile, marathon & 50k at this historic Goodwood Motor Circuit. At the world-famous Goodwood Motor Circuit, home to the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival, you will enjoy the thrill of racing your way to a new chip-timed personal best on this smooth traffic-free tarmac motor racing circuit. Located at the foot of the Sussex Downs, the track is the only classic circuit in the world to remain entirely in its original form. Goodwood Motor Circuit originally opened its gates to the public on September 1948, to host Britain’s very first post-war motor race meeting at a permanent venue. Join us for the Blackburn 10K on Sunday 6th December 2026 In Support of BRFC Trust The Blackburn 10K returns after another successful year, proudly hosted at Ewood Park in partnership with Blackburn Rovers Community Trust. Starting and finishing inside the stadium, the route heads out around Blackburn town centre, taking in key local landmarks before bringing runners back for a memorable stadium finish. Blackburn Rovers Community Trust is committed to using the power of football to support the local area through grassroots sport, education, and inclusion programmes. Their work helps bring people together across Blackburn and Darwen, making this event welcoming for runners of all ages and backgrounds. The event is made possible with the support of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, who play an integral role in enabling road closures and local coordination to deliver a safe and well-organised race.

Join us for the Chase The Moon Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Christmas Run 5k & 10k on Wednesday 9th December 2026 Come and run a chip timed 5k or 10k through the incredible grounds of the South Park in London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This course is not only flat and fast, but also inspiring. Each year on the second Friday in December businesses and schools across the country celebrate Christmas Jumper day and each year we join the fun with our Christmas Jumper Friday run. In 2026 our annual Christmas Jumper Friday Run is back yet again and this one is going to be rather special indeed because this year every runner (who enters on Christmas Eve, up to a max of 100) gets a bespoke, long sleeved, tech running top, made exclusively for us by REdbEAR Sports! These absolute beauties would normally retail somewhere between £28 - £35 so Merry Christmas from us to you! This is one of our timed events where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal. We also operate our uniquely flexible 'rock up and run' start times within a 1 hour start window, so no waiting around if you arrive early and no added pressure if you're running a bit late. This undulating, road closed race set at the beautiful Tatton Park in Cheshire is a perfect opportunity to set yourself a personal best over the 5k or 10k distance. Dorney Lake is situated near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire, is a purpose-built rowing lake with grounds that are a perfect backdrop to running as well as rowing. Run Nation is pleased to present our warm winter hot chocolate race at Derwent Country Park in 2026. 10k trail race on a mix of surfaces but ideal for all abilities - just finish before the sun goes down! Set in the picturesque Derwenthaugh Country Park, Gateshead; The 10k run is on paved footpaths and tracks in the park and is mostly flat, making it suitable for all abilities. The 10k takes in 2 loops of the park, starting and finishing near the Swalwell visitor centre with parking available. The 5k takes in 1 loop of the park, starting and finishing near the Swalwell visitor centre with parking available. The junior 3k takes in one 3km out and back of the park, starting and finishing near the Swalwell visitor centre with parking available. Due to UKA Rules and insurance, we cannot permit runners to wear in ear headphones, run with prams or dogs.

Each Mile will be accurately marked out and we have plenty of helpers to keep you quite literally on track and encourage you on your way to that chequered flag finish. Included in your entry fee is a themed medal, water and post race goodies. Come and enjoy the day with us; we hope to see you there! The race involves laps around the circuit, the course is flat and quick. There will be 1 lap for the 5k, 2 laps for the 10k and 4 laps for the Half Marathon. Set on the beachfront promenade at Southbourne (SoBo), to the east of Bournemouth, with views along the coast, this is a flat, tarmacked event suitable for all abilities. Step into Christmas consists of an 'out and back' route along the prom offering participants the opportunity to choose their own distance, from 5K to ultra-marathon. All finishers of lap or more will receive a medal. We offer flexible start times between 8am and 9.30am. Just turn up when you're ready to run. All runners to finish by 3pm (maximum 7 hours). Number pick-up is on the day at race registration before you start the event. We will have an aid and drinks table at the start/finish of each lap. There will be a selection of savoury and sweet items. There will also be an area to leave your own items.Please note we do not provide plastic cups; bring your own. Public toilets and showers are available along the promenade. Final instructions will be sent out via email before the event with full race day information. Laps are a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course. There is no elevation gain / loss on this route; making flat and fast. Please note, as per UK Athletics rules, distance restrictions apply to participants ages 20 or under This route is officially measured & certified by the Association of UK Course Measurers so it counts as a road marathon for 100 marathon club purposes.

With a simple lapped design starting and finishing at the Bandstand, it’s easy to follow and great for spectators. PHOENIX Running is inviting you to join us for a very festive Christmas River Run at our lovely Jubilee River route. The medals are totally awesome and we'll have at least two festive versions for you to choose from. Oh yes Santa is coming. The route is flat and wide, as you leave the Riverside Centre with Slough behind you, you enter the countryside and follow the crushed stone path with the river Jubilee on one side and fields to the other, on reaching Dorney wetlands you turn back enjoying views towards Windsor Castle. This is one of our 6 hour timed events where you choose - you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.24 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful Jubilee river. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 6 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.
