Sewerby to Bridlington Coastal Run – 5K, 10K, Half Marathon & Marathon Join us for an unforgettable out-and-back coastal race starting from the cliffs at Sewerby and following the stunning promenade through Bridlington. With breathtaking sea views, flat and runnable terrain, and a warm welcome at the finish, this is the perfect event for runners of all abilities. Headphones Policy For your safety, over-ear headphones are banned. Bone-conduction or “one in, one out” earphones are permitted so runners can hear marshals and other participants. Route Navigation Downloadable GPX files are available for all distances. While our courses are clearly marked and marshalled, not every junction will have a marshal. Please familiarise yourself with the route before race day. Withdrawals & Distance Changes If you need to withdraw mid-race, please notify the nearest marshal. In some cases, you may be able to change to a shorter distance on the day — just speak to the Race Director or timing team. Transfers & Deferrals You can easily self-manage transfers and deferrals through our website, deferals need to be done 1 week before the event. Windmill Way Wander NEW YEAR! And we are back to SRC for the Windmill Way Wander Come and join us at our exclusive venue at Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX It's a seven-hour cut off, (if you start at 9am, and 5hour event if you start at 11am). Your race, your pace, your distance! This race offers you a number of distance choices - 5k, 10k, Half, Full or Ultra Those doing under a half marathon distance will travel along an out and back, being turned around required, making it a very social route. The half marathon will be one loop, 2 loops for the full marathon and then the run to the 5k turnaround point for an ultra. We will be utilizing the Windmill Way route and Golding Hills There will be an aid station of drinks and nibbles every 10k. Parking is also included in your entry price. The Race HQ/Base Camp is located at the start and Lap point and at the base camp we will have our water/aid station. We have designed a Bespoke medal for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race. Or if you choose the lucky dip finisher option (if available), you will choose from a selection of previous or finisher medal. This route is all road. You will pass through the villages of Higham, Gazeley, Ashley, Dalham and Denham. This event is called the Windmill Way Wander as you will see the windmill at Dalham. Prior to this if you look to the left, you will note some great views of Dalham Hall. Whilst this is a road event, it does have rolling hills and an elevation of around 600ft. Please note the event has gone cupless - so please bring your own bottles or cups for refilling.

Great Owl Running presents Kirkstall Calverley Cutter and Kirkstall Bridge 10km. A 16km Trail Race taking in the sights of the fantastic Leeds Liverpool Canal, River Aire and the brutal Calverley Cutting. And Kirkstall Bridge 10km, a fast, flat, out-and-back canal run suitable for all runners. Race registration takes place at the award-winning Kirkstall Bridge, a cosy warm atmosphere after what will certainly be a very cold January race! Although the route is relatively simple the course will be fully marked and marshalled at key areas. The race will start just a hop away from the pub on the Leeds Liverpool Canal. Note: Due to the ongoing flood relief works along the River Aire we may need to divert the course slightly. This will be decided close to the race date. Winter along the Leeds & Liverpool Canal with the Frostbite Sir Titus Trot Wrap up warm and join us this winter for the Frostbite Sir Titus Trot – a proper seasonal run along the Leeds & Liverpool Canal. Expect crisp air, frosty towpaths and that unmistakable Grim atmosphere! With distances ranging from 10K to Marathon, all along the flat (well… nearly flat), even (well… nearly even) towpath, this event is perfect for runners of all abilities – from first-time runners to ultra distance warriors chasing winter PBs.
