Both courses follow Bournemouth's iconic seafront paths, including a run along Boscombe Pier with uninterrupted sea views. On clear days, enjoy breathtaking sights of the Isle of Wight, The Needles, and Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast. The largely flat, traffic-free course is ideal for chasing a personal best or simply soaking in the fresh sea air and coastal scenery. RUNNING GRAND PRIX AT GOODWOOD MOTOR CIRCUIT – SUNDAY 6TH DECEMBER 2026! Come and join us for this 5k, 10k, half marathon, 20mile, marathon & 50k at this historic Goodwood Motor Circuit. At the world-famous Goodwood Motor Circuit, home to the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival, you will enjoy the thrill of racing your way to a new chip-timed personal best on this smooth traffic-free tarmac motor racing circuit. Located at the foot of the Sussex Downs, the track is the only classic circuit in the world to remain entirely in its original form. Goodwood Motor Circuit originally opened its gates to the public on September 1948, to host Britain’s very first post-war motor race meeting at a permanent venue. Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. Come and enjoy the day with us we hope to see you there!

Whether you're stepping up from 7K to 10K, aiming for your first half marathon, or pushing towards a marathon or ultra, this flexible event is designed to support your journey. Our courses are based on 7K or 10K loops, allowing you to choose your distance on the day. You can complete anything from a single loop to a full ultra marathon—whatever suits your goals. If you decide to stop at a shorter distance, you’ll still be included in that race category. The looped format also makes this an ideal event for testing kit, nutrition, and pacing strategies, with easy access to your own drop bag throughout. Join us for the Run Dorney Lake Half Marathon, 10k & 5k on Saturday 12th December 2026 Join us for a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon distance at the home of London 2012′s Olympic rowing events. Dorney Lake is situated near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire, is a purpose-built rowing lake with grounds that are a perfect backdrop to running as well as rowing. The flat course is ideal for a chip-timed personal best over the 5k or 10k distance. Set on the beachfront promenade at Southbourne (SoBo), to the east of Bournemouth, with views along the coast, this is a flat, tarmacked event suitable for all abilities. Step into Christmas consists of an 'out and back' route along the prom offering participants the opportunity to choose their own distance, from 5K to ultra-marathon. All finishers of lap or more will receive a medal. We offer flexible start times between 8am and 9.30am. Just turn up when you're ready to run. All runners to finish by 3pm (maximum 7 hours). Number pick-up is on the day at race registration before you start the event. We will have an aid and drinks table at the start/finish of each lap. There will be a selection of savoury and sweet items. There will also be an area to leave your own items.Please note we do not provide plastic cups; bring your own. Public toilets and showers are available along the promenade. Final instructions will be sent out via email before the event with full race day information. Laps are a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course. There is no elevation gain / loss on this route; making flat and fast. Please note, as per UK Athletics rules, distance restrictions apply to participants ages 20 or under This route is officially measured & certified by the Association of UK Course Measurers so it counts as a road marathon for 100 marathon club purposes.
