We're delighted to have been invited back to the wonderful Hurtwood Park Estate for another Dragon's Eye event. We'll have our epic aid station set up just behind the beautiful main building with great access to the polo club facilities and the route is a stunning loop around the estate. This is a multi-distance event - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps of a looped course around the beautiful Hurtwood Park Estate within the overall 7 hour time limit. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one loop and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous finishers' medal. The medal is one of our epic bespoke designs and you're not going to want to miss this one. Not sure? Welcome to the Wimbledon Half MarathonThe race starts and finishes at the glorious and famous Wimbledon Common next to the Rushmere Pond in SW19.Make sure you don’t miss this opportunity of running through the streets of Wimbledon. The race start is 09:00 and is very accessible by car and public transport. The race has a great vibe and is well supported by some local organisations.All runners will receive a medal for finishing as well as loads of goodies at the finish including water, juices, fruit and a chocolate bar! We use the latest Chip Timing technology so you will get an accurate finishing time. The results are posted as soon as you cross the finish line!We will have a free baggage drop facility for you to use. This area will be cordoned off but we do advise against storing any valuables as we can’t be held responsible. Toilets will also be provided at the start/finish area. An official race photographer will be in attendance around the course so make sure they catch you when you are looking your very best!A Medical team will also be situated at the start area.We will also have a pre-race warm up around 10 minutes before the race start to warm up those tight muscles so you will be ready for the run. Where is it? Braybrooke Taproom, Market Harborough, LE16 8LJ is the amazing taproom for Braybrooke Beer Co just outside Market Harborough. The What 3 Words location is here. Parking is free! There are toilets onsite and the Taproom will be open for post-run pastries, cakes and coffees (or a pint of their beers of course!), Braybrooke Taproom is just outside Market Harborough 7 minutes from Junction 3 of the A14. The closest train station is Market Harborough. What’s a 6 hour event? I’ve made a short video here to try to explain a little. It is an event that enables all abilities of runner to run together (or hike/walk!). Ultimately you can run as many 5k laps as you wish in the time limit. You can run one lap in 20 minutes, pick up your medal and drink and go home! Alternatively you can head out on your 15th lap at 14:55 and finish in 6:30 having covered over 50 miles! It’s completely up to you. There is no pressure from us, but we’ll also see if you want one more lap! The format is great for people looking to run further than they’ve ever done before, do a long training run for future events or to enjoy a sociable event with your friends. Course description The course from Braybrooke Taproom runs along the Griffin Trail and Brampton Valley Way. Both of these footpaths are very well maintained over crushed stone, the Griffin Trail has recently been resurfaced to give a great surface. There is one small section (around 100m) across grass trail but in the summer this shouldn’t be much of a consideration. Watch the video below to see. It’s relatively flat with gentle climbs on the way out and you’ll be running between arable farm fields - but without having to worry about breaking your ankle on ploughed fields! The vast majority of the course is not under tree cover. This will leave you exposed to the elements but also allows for some spectacular, uninterrupted views! (New video coming soon) What does it cost? We operate a tiered pricing approach. The earlier you enter, the cheaper the event but never ever will you pay a booking fee! How far is the event? You decide! The 3.3-mile out and back from the Taproom means your race can be just over 5k or, given the relatively flat nature of the course, potentially 50+ miles! You decide how many laps you are going to do on the day within the 6-hour time limit. If you're looking to cover a marathon distance you'll need to complete 8 laps and a half marathon will be 4 laps. Do I have to raise money or run for charity? No… BUT! We have a great partnership with Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity. They provide specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children. There are currently over 200 Roald Dahl Nurses caring for more than 40,000 seriously ill children. During the sign up process you can opt to set up a Just Giving page to raise money for Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity or to make a small donation alongside your entry fee - 100% of that goes straight to the charity to help with their amazing work. This is our first time on this course! We’ve hosted 100+ similar events at other venus but it’s the first time we’ll be at the Taproom. Be a part of history!! I’m unsure what to expect at a 6 hour event? We’ve made some videos to try and help newcomers understand Big Bear Events and 6 hour events a little more here. We’ve got lots of videos on our You Tube channel that might help you see what we’re all about!. I’ve heard you do nice medals. What will it look like? Once it’s in our hands we’ll share the design with you! I’m not that fussed by a medal, drink and flapjack… In that case our partnership with Earth Runs will be perfect! Rather than give you a medal you don’t really want (and to help reduce waste) we’ll give you a Big Bear Tree Token. Not only will a tree be planted for each token given out but the token is also full of wildflower seeds for you to grow at home! Can I run with my dog? No, our canicross season finishes in March. Is this event suitable for Rucking? Definitely! Read all about how we do rucking here (or if you’ve no idea what rucking is find out here too!) Is there a gpx of the route? The route gpx can be found here or visit plotaroute.com here. The route may be subject to last minute changes and there will be plenty of markings up on race day so you do not need to have this - but I know some of you like to anyway! I really want to take part in the event but the day isn’t convenient for me! What can I do? We’ve partnered with our friends at Skamper to offer On-demand events! It’s not quite the same as being there on the day but it’s the next best thing! Using the Skamper app you can be directed around the route on a day of your choosing. When you sign up we’ll send you the medal in the post that was given out on the day of the event. This way when you finish you’ll be able to claim the medal you’ve earned for the run straight away! We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one loop and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal. We also operate our uniquely flexible 'rock up and run' start times within a 1 hour start window, so no waiting around if you arrive early and no added pressure if you're running a bit late. If you have any special start time requirements then just get in touch because depending on the distance you are planning to run we can pretty much accommodate all start time requests. Whilst Phoenix Running is very much about the bling and our medals are second to none, we're also acutely conscious that events can be expensive to enter and times are tough right now. We're now in our 9th year of fixed prices for our standard themed events, but to try and do our bit we're trailing a 'no medal' entry option at a flat £22. We cover our base costs, you get a run with all the usual Phoenix support, epic aid station, same day results published, athletes profiles, Phoenix World, digital BIBs, digital finishers certificates, etc, etc but without a medal we can keep the price low for this entry option. The Solway Half Marathon/Marathon is a flat and fast route on the scenic rural roads of North West Cumbria. The race will start and finish in Anthorn, doing one or two loops using country lanes through Bowness-on-Solway, and returning to Anthorn via the coastal roads. The race will feature chip timing by Timing4Sport, with all finishers receiving a bespoke medal. The course is certified as a road Marathon and the course officially measured This means the time is recognised by Run Britain Marathon Rankings and can be used a a good for age qualification for marathons such as London/Boston etc

Welcome to the ATW St Albans Half Marathon page. We cannot wait to return to Verulamium Park on Sunday 14th June 2026! We are pleased to announce that the exciting 10K closed road run will be returning. A community focused event, ATW St Albans Half Marathon (a.k.a #icelollyrun) aims to raise money for local charities and organisations as well as put on a great day out for all the family, delivered by runners for runners. In 2025, £1 from every entry was donated to the upkeep of St Albans', Abbey View Running Track, and we are delighted to announce that we will be supporting the track again in 2026. Those looking for a challenge can take on the scenic Half Marathon or Walking Half, which takes you on a challenging but rewarding closed-road route through the country lanes of St Albans. Our closed-road 10K will return for 2026 and is open to everyone over the age of 15 and will start alongside the half-marathon runners. (There is no time limit on the 10k)  ​Our 5K is open to everyone over 11, and is always a popular distance to take part in. The Family Fun Run is open to all ages, however children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket, for any distance. if you would like to receive a fun run medal, you must purchase your own fun run ticket. This ever popular Fun Run includes our primary School Challenge. The Phoenix Minotaur 50 Mile, Hydra 75 Mile and Centaur 100 Mile Ultra Marathons are back - a 50, 75 and 100 mile 'beast' with a difference! Whether you're a seasoned ultra runner or a complete first timer, here at Phoenix we aim to create an awesome running environment which is safe, inclusive, friendly and fun and allows you to achieve things you perhaps never thought possible. We will support you to succeed! Firstly, you get up to 30 hours to finish the event - that's right from 8.00am on Saturday 20th June right through to 2.00pm on Sunday 21st June, so if you fancy having a go at your very first 50 , 75 or 100 miler, or perhaps your first time running at night, then you won't find a longer cut off time anywhere. The route is a single 1 mile loop, which we've made as flat as we possibly can and just to add to the fun we have a 12/24 hour event and half / marathon events going on at the same time with other runners coming and going to keep you company. When you get to 50 / 75 / 100 miles you'll be a Finisher and get the epic Minotaur, Hydra or Centaur medal/buckle! The event is fully chip timed so you don't need to worry about keeping track of laps - we'll do all of that for you and can tell you exactly how far you've run each time you pass the awesomely well stocked aid station. The Denbies Marathon & Half Marathon is back for 2026. Firstly, you get up to 30 hours to finish this event - yep you read that right - from 8.00am on Saturday 20th June right through to 2.00pm on Sunday 21st June, so if you fancy having a go at your very first Marathon or Half Marathon then you won't find a longer cut off time anywhere. But the fun doesn't stop there because we're offering completely flexible start times from 8.00am Saturday right up until late morning on Sunday 22nd, which means that if you start later, say at 11pm on Saturday, you could try your first evening or even night run. You can also run more than one half marathon or marathon if you like, by simply entering the event more than once and starting when you like within the start window. The route is a single 1 mile loop (with an extra bit for the 0.1 or 0.2 miles required to run a half marathon or marathon), which we've made as flat as we possibly can, and, depending on what time you choose to start you'll have up to 24 hours to run your marathon or half marathon. The medal for this event will be a 'pick n mix' meaning we'll have a selection of epic medals for you to choose from. The event is fully chip timed so you don't need to worry about keeping track of laps - we'll do all of that for you and can tell you exactly how far you've run each time you pass the aid station. TrailFest - Salcey Forest is our multi-distance day of running and moving around the beautiful Salcey Forest. With 10k, half marathon, marathon and 50k there is a distance to suit everyone! The idea of the day is to bring everyone together and to experience the fun of trail running in an amazing forest. Being around others doing what seems impossible can often make it seem a lot more possible too!! If you want to come and run your personal best or bimble about with your mates we’ve got the perfect distance for you. We’ve got vey generous cut off times too, to try and remove some of those barriers to new people trying out the sport As the event is run under a UK Athletics/ Trail Running Association license there are no dogs allowed at any of the events.

Run Nation's Coquet is a beautiful course situated on the roads up and down the Coquet Valley, starting and finishing in the town of Rothbury. The hilly nature of the run increases the scenic views, proving popular with those who have ran the race previously. Chip timing will be used on this accurately measured route. All finishers will receive a bespoke medal.
