The challenge is back on for 2026 - Who will reign supreme - City or Wharf? It's time to get competitive and challenge not only yourself but also your corporate competitors. Awards up for grabs are: Fastest individuals (M&F); fastest relay team; largest company entry, as well as fastest company teams - M/F/Mixed teams (combined company results generated from our timing system). Timings - 10k individual run 6pm - Team Relay 6.05pm - 5k run 6.20pm This is how it works: 1. Enter individually into the 5k or 10k race 2. Enter as a team of 2 for our team 10k relay event: £20 per person (PLEASE enter both team members. Teams can be made up of any gender. Each participant runs 5k. Company placings for fastest teams require minimum of 4 people from any one company in order to show in the team results. Every entrant receives full race chip timing, an awesome CityvWharf medal, full race day support and high fives, light refreshments post race (as well as bottled water at start/finish line). So lay the challenge down to your colleagues, your business associates, your competitors and lets get as many people together as we can from our City and Wharf districts to race for your competitive and corporate pride!

Phoenix Manchester is bringing you another Friday event - at the request of our runners! This is one of our timed events where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful River Mersey in Chorlton Water Park. We welcome all abilities of runners, walkers, joggers, hikers, Jeffers - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal. Run a lap and see how you feel on the day and keep on going if it feels right. Race brief: A race brief is sent a week before the event which is mandatory reading for all participants. Chosen charity: TBC Start Time: Earliest start 8am. Rock up and Run 8am onwards. Registration from 7.30am. All runners should be finished by 3.30pm Location: Hardy Farm, M21 8FE Race Distance: Minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours. Terrain: Off road trail, the terrain is riverside towpath. Aid station: We have a well-stocked vegetarian aid station all day, with many vegan items as well as gluten free/free from items. For example: bananas, dates, jelly sweets, crisps, usually some form of cake, squash, full sugar cola, etc. Allergies: If you have severe and life threatening allergies, please bring your own food, as we cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination. Profile: The overall course has very little elevation gain / loss making this a flat and fast route. Toilets and changing rooms available at Race HQ. Parking available for 75 cars at Hardy Farm on a first come, first serve basis. Additional Parking for upto 100 cars is available across the river at Sale Water Park (15min walk from the start). There is also additional public and paid parking around Chorlton Water Park.

About The Event Join us for a Chasing Numbers midweek run. The aim of our midweek runs is to hold events as cheaply as possible in order for people to be able to build their numbers or simply to help people achieve their own goals at an affordable price. The midweek runs are fully flexible with start times available from 7.30am with time to run all the way to 3.30pm! Now that's a FLEXIBLE FRIDAY All abilities are welcome at our super-inclusive events and we also welcome walkers too. The £20.00 entry price is available only to members. You can become a member by logging into your profile and purchasing one of the membership schemes. As well as the cheapest entry price, a member is guaranteed entry to the run and gets a mini-me medal pin at every event they attend! Distance & Time This is a 7 hour Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 3km, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles or 7km (this is subject to change to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions) and you can run as many, or as few, of these laps as you like subject to UK athletics age restrictions (please see the restrictions below). We will have a 3k turn point and 5k turn point within the lap which is available to allow our younger runners to comply with the UK Athletics distance rules. It is 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra, we also have a 50km distance available. Course The course along a beautiful stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. The course is a mixture with approximately 60% of it on a well-made path / tarmac. The remainder is grass and light trail which can get muddy at certain times of the year. Road shoes can be used all year round but if you prefer the extra grip on the trail sections then trail shoes can be worn. The regular course is subject to some change near the time of the event depending on our health and safety review of the course and council / land owner final approval. Medals & Pins As long as you complete 3km, you will be an official finisher and you will receive one of our fantastic medals! We also have distance pins available for anyone who runs a half-marathon distance or more. Pins available to collect are our Half-Marathon, Mega-Half, Marathon, 50km and Ultra pins. You will receive one pin on the ribbon of your medal to reflect your achievement. Goody Bag Absolutely! You earned the calories after all, so all our finishers get a goody bag. As well as our standard goody bag, with a selection of various goodies to choose from, we also have a fabulous vegan goody bag for our vegan runners. Aid Table We have a fantastic aid table and drinks table at the start / finish of each lap. There is a great selection of savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items at the aid table. Special Event If our event is a special event for you, for instance your 50th, 99th, 100th, 200th, 250th etc., half or full marathon then please let us know. You will receive a special running number with your name on it and the date of the event. Venue Facilities Toilets and changing facilities are available at the race HQ which also has a great cafe. Bag drop is next to the start finish line but is unmanned meaning items are left at the participants own risk. Car Parking There is a large pay on exit carpark at Runnymede Pleasure Grounds. Race Day Instructions & Number Pick Up Final race day instructions will be sent out via email in the week leading up to the event and will include full race day information. Number pick up is on the day at race registration before the start of the event. Other information There will be somewhere to leave a bag at the start / finish area. However, this is not a secure bag and the items cannot be watched at all times so please do not leave anything valuable. Headphones are allowed. Our running events are held on public footpaths so we would be grateful if all runners were considerate of other path users.

This page is for day one of the weekend event Back again in the Autumn in the shade of the trees as the forest is in full bloom! As always the event will be a six-hour challenge on a looped course around the beautiful forest which is looked after by the UK Forestry Commission. You may attempt to complete as many laps as possible over the full six hours, or you may choose to finish just one, either way, you will be a finisher and receive your bespoke medal. The aim of our events is to organize races as if I were taking part, so you can expect amazing support, the best medals and goodies, and a smaller group of runners. Think of it as a small group of friends and family all coming together for an amazing day of running! You may attempt to complete as many laps as possible over the full six hours, or you may choose to finish just one, the choice is yours and you don't have to decide how far you're running until you're running! The loop at Sherwood Pines is exactly 5.76km long which means if you complete 4 laps you have covered a half marathon, 8 laps, a full marathon and 9 laps or more will be classed as an Ultra. At Rasselbock we like to put on events how we'd like to have them. No stress, pressure, a great bunch of runners, and a small entry pool so everyone can meet each other. You can decide on the day how far you'd like to run so there are no worries if you're having a "bad running day". Just complete one lap of the event and you're classed as a finisher. No set distance, just go!

This course is not only flat and fast, but also inspiring. The RunThrough Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5k & 10k event is a great opportunity for a quick time and a fun morning out with a unique themed medal waiting for you at the finish! Included is a themed medal, water and goodies! Each kilometre is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish. Join us for the Greenwich Park 5K, 10K & Junior Race on Saturday 19th September 2026 Settle into pace on a scenic route through historic grounds with far-reaching views across the capital. The course is clearly marked from start to finish and our marshal team will keep you motivated all the way to your medal. As the season turns, tree-lined paths and open greens create a colourful backdrop. Runners enjoy a balanced mix of gentle climbs and confident descents, plus easy access for supporters near the start and finish so you can count on cheers when it matters. The Lucky Horseshoe Come and join us at our exclusive venue at Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX It's a seven-hour cut off with a mass start at 9am Your race, your pace, your distance! This race offers you a number of distance choices - 5k, 10k, Half, Full or Ultra This route is an out and back, making it a very social route. The marathon will be one full loop (out and back), and all other distances will have turnaround points. We will be utilising the Gallops Route (for ALL routes) meaning there will be a turn point for all distances under the Ultra. If you plan to do the Ultra you will run the full out and back marathon route and then run back out to the 5k or 10k turn. If doing over the half marathon distance, the route takes you through to Newmarket to the Gallops you may get to see the race horses in training There will be an aid station of drinks and nibbles every 10k. Parking is also included in your entry price. The Race HQ/Base Camp is located at the start and Lap point and at the base camp we will have our water/aid station. We have designed a Bespoke medal for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race. Or if you choose the lucky dip finisher option (if available), you will choose from a selection of previous or finisher medal. Please note the event has gone cupless - so please bring your own bottles or cups for refilling.



It's time to have some fun... Choice of 5K (ish), 10K (ish), Half Marathon and Marthon distances. Come and join us for the 8th Yabba Dabba Doo fun run at Chase Water Country Park. This multi lap event is great for people aiming to increase their distance and runners will complete as many 5K laps as they wish around the beautiful reservoir. The route is signed and the course is flat, fast, and hard underfoot with a mixture of hard stone, and pathways. There will also be aid stations full of lots of goodies to keep you going and each finisher will receive a Yabba Dabba doo medal. Fancy dress is highly encouraged! We will have use of Chasewaters facilities which include a cafe/toilets / Children’s park as well as the stunning views in the park.
