Phoenix Running West Sussex is inviting you to join us for our Doughnut Dash at Ardingly Reservoir, we will have an amazing donut medal and yummy doughnuts to eat!! This is one of our timed events where you choose - from 5km, 10k, half marathon, marathon or ultra. You can complete as many or as few laps as you like of a 7km/4.35m out and back course in and around the edge of the reservoir. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit. Everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finisher's medal. We also operate our uniquely flexible "rock up and run" start times between 8am and 10am so no waiting around if you arrive early and no added pressure if you're running a bit late. If you have any special start time requirements then just get in touch because depending on the distance you are planning to run we can pretty much accommodate all start time requests. Whilst Phoenix Running West Sussex is very much about the bling, we're also acutely conscious that events can be expensive to enter so do our bit we have a "no medal" entry option at a flat £22. We cover our base costs, you get a run with all the usual Phoenix support, chip timing, epic aid station, same day results published, athletes profiles in Phoenix World but without a medal we can keep the price low for this entry option. Phoenix Running is inviting you to our brand new 'Duck n Run "" Totally Quackers' Run series and this is the single day entry for day 7 - quack, quack. Each day has brand new giant spinning duck medal with up to 10 colours to collect and as if that wasn't enough to get your wings flapping, you'll also receive an actual rubber ducky, themed for each day - bath times will never be the same again! You can enter any of the days individually or any combination of days, or, why not try our 5in5, 7in7 or perhaps even the complete Ten in Ten (TiT) Summer race series 2026. Go on Ducky - you know you wanna go quackers with us! The Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course is coming to Glasgow on Saturday 29th August 2026 and it's going to be Epic! The obstacles are BIGGER, BOUNCIER and BETTER than ever before! You'll be jumping, sliding and laughing all the way to the finish line. Grab your friends, family or tackle it on your own. Lace up your trainers and get ready for the ultimate day out! **The inflatable 5k is open for ages 5 - 15 years old. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times (3:1 child:adult ratio)** DISTANCES 2.5KM | 5KM | 10KM | 15KM


Come and join Saturn Running for our annual GNR & Time Turner event 2026 - whether you're looking to get some miles under your belt before The Great North Run or you just fancy a run along the beautiful River Wear, then this is the event for you! Date & time: Sunday 30th of August 2026 Official start time: 9.30am Location: Durham Amateur Rowing Club, Green Ln, Old Elvet, Durham DH1 3JU Distance & Time This is a 7 hour Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a full lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles (7km) and you can run as many or as few of these laps as you wish in the 7 hour time limit. Please note, we may use the 3.28 mile course at this venue and we will advise closer to the time. Course The course is along a beautiful stretch of the River Wear with views of the Cathedral and is classified as a trail run. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. All abilities are welcome at our super-inclusive events and we also welcome walkers too. Medals & Pins As long as you complete one lap, you will be an official finisher and you will receive one of our fantastic themed medals! We also have distance pins available for anyone who runs a half-marathon distance or more. Pins available to collect are our Half-Marathon, Mega-Half, Marathon, 50km and Ultra pins. You will receive one pin on the ribbon of your medal to reflect your achievement. Goody Bag Absolutely! You earned the calories after all, so all our finishers get a goody bag. As well as our standard goody bag, with a selection of various goodies to choose from, we also have a fabulous vegan goody bag for our vegan runners. Aid Table We have a fantastic aid table and drinks table at the start / finish of each lap. There is an incredible selection of drinks and savoury or sweet snacks such as crisps, cheese, fruit and cookies with vegan options also available. Special Event If our event is a special event for you, for instance your 50th, 99th, 100th, 150th, 200th, 250th etc. marathon or half marathon then please let us know. We will provide you with a great number with your name and the event date on it. Also, if it is your birthday, again let us know and we will get you a special number for your birthday! Venue Facilities Toilets and changing facilities are available at the race HQ. Bag drop is near the start and finish area. Runners should be aware the bag drop is not staffed and items are left at the sole responsibility of the participant. No liability for lost items will be accepted by the Organiser. Car Parking There is nearby free on-street parking or pay and display city centre parking. Race Day Instructions & Number Pick Up Final race day instructions will be sent out via email 7-10 days prior to the event with full race day information. Number pick up is on the day at race registration before the start of the event. Other Information There will be somewhere to leave a bag at the start / finish area. However, this is not a secure bag and the items cannot be watched at all times so please do not leave anything valuable. Headphones are allowed. Our running events are held on public footpaths so we would be grateful if all runners were considerate of other path users.

The route is incredibly beautiful, varied and interesting as you run through the different areas dedicated to specific species. The sold terrain underfoot gives you a surface more akin to a solid road surface, with all the beauty of a trail run. Westonbirt is a great relaxing family day out with lots of activities for children too. As part of your race ticket you are welcome to stay and enjoy the arboretum for the whole day, and family, friends and supporters can gain access to the arboretum for just £3/person when travelling with a runner, for special access before 9am, and stay for the day too. Normal visitor ticket prices will be payable after 9am.
