Phoenix Running Hampshire is inviting you to join us in the beautiful Forest of Bere for our 'Think Pink Day 2' event. This is one of our timed events where you choose from 5km to Ultra. The course is a 3.28 mile out/back through the beautiful Forest of Bere. We welcome all abilities of runner. Complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit. We operate our uniquely flexible rock up and run start times, so no waiting around if you arrive early and no added pressure if you're running a bit late. The official start time is at 0800, but you are welcome to start anytime up till 1300. Give yourself plenty of time to complete the distance of your choice, as the course will close at 1500. Our aid station is also famous for all its sweet and savoury goodies and our signature POTATOES, we will always provide plenty of Vegan options too, so you won't go hungry! Places will be strictly limited so don't leave it too late to enter. Minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours. Off road trail, the terrain is hard packed/well established trail. The overall course has an 80 meter gain. Parking charges apply: £2 for up to 2 hours, £4 up to 4 hours, £6 all day. 20% of proceeds go directly to Forestry England for the caring of the woodlands. This race is licensed by the TRA and will be run under UK Athletics rules.

Now in its 14th year, the Chichester Half Marathon returns in partnership with More Leisure, bringing together an unforgettable mix of historic streets, rolling countryside and breathtaking views. Starting in the heart of Chichester, this part closed road route weaves past some of the city's most iconic landmarks, including the Cathedral, The Cross and the ancient Roman Walls. The atmosphere builds as runners leave the city behind and head out onto the open trails of the South Downs. The climb to The Trundle is where the magic really happens. This jewel of the South Downs rewards every step with sweeping, panoramic views across Chichester, Goodwood and the sparkling south coast. It is a moment to take in, to push on, and to feel part of something special. From here, the course turns in your favour. The second half flows downhill along the iconic Centurion Way, a fast and scenic return that carries you all the way back into the city with a real sense of momentum. Whether you are chasing a time or soaking up the experience, this is a course that delivers from start to finish. Alongside the Half Marathon, there is also a 7 mile route option and an Inclusive Mile, making the event accessible and welcoming for all abilities and ambitions. About The Event Come and join us for our Autumn Lucky Dip Run, there is no set medal for this race, instead, you will get to choose your own from a selection of medals from past events! All abilities are welcome at our super-inclusive events and we also welcome walkers too. The £23.00 entry price is available only to members. You can become a member by logging into your profile and purchasing one of the membership schemes. As well as the cheapest entry price, a member is guaranteed entry to the run and gets a mini-me medal pin at every event they attend! Distance & Time This is a 7 hour Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 3km, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles or 7km (this is subject to change to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions) and you can run as many, or as few, of these laps as you like subject to UK athletics age restrictions (please see the restrictions below). We will have a 3k turn point and 5k turn point within the lap which is available to allow our younger runners to comply with the UK Athletics distance rules. It is 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra, we also have a 50km distance available. Course The course along a beautiful stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. The course is mainly well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section. Road shoes are suitable all year round. Medals & Pins As long as you complete 3km, you will be an official finisher and you will receive one of our fantastic themed medals! We also have distance pins available for anyone who runs a half-marathon distance or more. Pins available to collect are our Half-Marathon, Mega-Half, Marathon, 50km and Ultra pins. You will receive one pin on the ribbon of your medal to reflect your achievement. Goody Bag Absolutely! You earned the calories after all, so all our finishers get a goody bag. As well as our standard goody bag, with a selection of various goodies to choose from, we also have a fabulous vegan goody bag for our vegan runners. Aid Table We have a fantastic aid table and drinks table at the start / finish of each lap. There is a great selection of savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items at the aid table. Special Event If our event is a special event for you, for instance your 50th, 99th, 100th, 200th, 250th etc., half or full marathon then please let us know. You will receive a special running number with your name on it and the date of the event. Venue Facilities The Last Hop has toilets but there are no separate changing facilities or showers. If you do wish to get changed, the downstairs toilets are large enough for you to change in. These facilities will be open from 8am and will be available for use throughout the entire event. Car Parking There is parking available in Bridge Street Car Park in Staines, TW18 4TP. Race Day Instructions & Number Pick Up Final race day instructions will be sent out via email in the week leading up to the event and will include full race day information. Number pick up is on the day at race registration before the start of the event. Other Information There will be somewhere to leave a bag at the start / finish area. However, this is not a secure bag and the items cannot be watched at all times so please do not leave anything valuable. Headphones are allowed. Our running events are held on public footpaths so we would be grateful if all runners were considerate of other path users.

Starting in Mill Marsh Park the route takes you out along the Wray Valley Trail through the beautiful Parke Estate following the River Bovey. Choose from 5km to ultra marathon, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful Wray Valley Trail. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the time limit and everyone gets our fabulous Launch Event medal. We also operate our flexible 'rock up and run' start time, so no waiting around if you arrive early and no added pressure if you're running a bit late. If you have any special start time requirements then just get in touch because depending on the distance you are planning to run we can pretty much accommodate all start time requests. Not sure? Well the beauty of this format is that you don't even need to decide in advance - simply come and run a lap and see how you feel on the day and keep on going if it feels right. Here at Phoenix Running Devon, we pride ourselves on providing the very best race bling to highlight your achievement however we are conscious that events can be expensive to enter, and times are tough right now. We are therefore trialling a 'no medal' entry option from £25. We cover our base costs, and you get all the usual Phoenix support, epic aid station, same-day results, athlete's profiles, Phoenix World, digital bibs, digital finishers certificates, and so on, but not having a medal means we can keep the price lower for this entry option. Places are strictly limited so don't leave it too late to enter! If all the medal spaces are gone, you can always opt for one of our none medal entries. Minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours. Off road trail, the terrain is riverside footpath. With just 31m of elevation each lap this is a fast and flat course!

New for this year - Half Marathon - Take on two laps of the 10k route, plus an extra section to bring you up to the full 21.1km distance.
