TrailFest - Salcey Forest is our multi-distance day of running and moving around the beautiful Salcey Forest. With 10k, half marathon, marathon and 50k there is a distance to suit everyone! The idea of the day is to bring everyone together and to experience the fun of trail running in an amazing forest. Being around others doing what seems impossible can often make it seem a lot more possible too!! If you want to come and run your personal best or bimble about with your mates we’ve got the perfect distance for you. We’ve got vey generous cut off times too, to try and remove some of those barriers to new people trying out the sport As the event is run under a UK Athletics/ Trail Running Association license there are no dogs allowed at any of the events.

We're absolutely delighted to be back at the wonderful Denbies Wine Estate for our Summer Sun Run with an epic sized medal for your efforts! This is one of our timed events where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, looped course around the beautiful Denbies Wine Estate within the overall 7 hour time limit. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one loop and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal. We also operate our uniquely flexible 'rock up and run' start times within a 1 hour start window, so no waiting around if you arrive early and no added pressure if you're running a bit late. If you have any special start time requirements then just get in touch because depending on the distance you are planning to run we can pretty much accommodate all start time requests. Whilst Phoenix Running is very much about the bling and our medals are second to none, we're also acutely conscious that events can be expensive to enter and times are tough right now. We're now in our 13th year of fixed prices for our standard themed events, but to try and do our bit we're trailing a 'no medal' entry option at a flat £20. We cover our base costs, you get a run with all the usual Phoenix support, epic aid station, same day results published, athletes profiles, Phoenix World, digital BIBs, digital finishers certificates, etc, etc but without a medal we can keep the price low for this entry option. Not sure? Well the beauty of this format is that you don't even need to decide in advance - simply come and run a lap and see how you feel on the day and keep on going if it feels right. Places will be strictly limited so don't leave it too late to enter. Minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours. Undulating and hilly off road trail, through the wine estate.

Regent's Park is the perfect setting for a fast and traffic-free Sunday morning 10k. The course covers an accurately measured 10k route wholly within the park and attracts runners of all abilities.

Run Nation's Coquet is a beautiful course situated on the roads up and down the Coquet Valley, starting and finishing in the town of Rothbury. The hilly nature of the run increases the scenic views, proving popular with those who have ran the race previously. Chip timing will be used on this accurately measured route. All finishers will receive a bespoke medal.

Where is it? Coombe Abbey Park, Coventry is run and managed by Coventry City Council. Parking costs up £3 for 1-2 hours. There is a toilet block next to the HQ on site. Coombe Abbey Park (CV3 2AB) is on the outskirts of Coventry and 6 minutes from Junction 2 of the M6. The closest train station is Coventry. Can I run with my dog? No, it’s likely to be too warm, even later in the day to be running with dogs. Course description You’ll be running through woodland, meadow and over grass fields. Depending on the weather leading up to the event this could mean muddy, not so muddy or rock hard! There will be exposed trees roots, uneven surfaces and a few gates to navigate but the running will always have a view. The route is undulating but not hilly. A truly great venue and route! What does it cost? We operate a tiered pricing approach. The earlier you enter, the cheaper the event but never ever will you pay a booking fee! Before 10/06/2026 £17 After 10/06/2026 £22 Unaffiliated entrants pay £2 extra. Why not join your local running club or sign up the Big Bear Brigade and save 10% off entries for ever! How far is the race? 10k! This might seem a bit pointless to mention given the name but this is different to a normal Big Bear Event. You'll get the same love, a medal and some goodies but you can't run all night! I’ve heard you do cupless events? Yes, but not for this event. Unlike our other events we will have some biodegradable cups with water/electrolyte available on the course and we will have hot drinks available before and after too. If you have a foldable cup you can bring, even better but we don't insist on it for our short races. Has the event been run before? Yes! We won multiple Racecheck Gold Awards for these events and have over 150 reviews scoring us at 4.8 out of 5! You’ll love it! I’m not that fussed by a medal.. In that case our partnership with Trees Not Tees may be of interest! When you sign up to this event you can select to have no finish line swag and instead we’ll donate the cost of this to Trees Not Tees who will plant a tree in their Scottish woodland on your behalf! You can find more info about this initiative here. Is there a cut-off? Effectively 2 hours. This is how long the medics are booked for. The hope is that cut-off shouldn’t exclude anyone from entering. Please do contact us if that is the case. We do have to be conscious of the sunset too!

This an event that enables all abilities of runner to run together (or hike/walk!). Ultimately you can run as many 5k laps as you wish in the time limit. You can run one lap in 20 minutes, pick up your medal, flapjack and beer and go home! Alternatively you can head out on your 15th lap at 14:55 and finish in 6:30 having covered over 50 miles! It’s completely up to you. There is no pressure from us, but we’ll also see if you want one more lap! The format is great for people looking to run further than they’ve ever done before, do a long training run for future events or to enjoy a sociable event with your friends. The 3.3-mile lap at Coombe Abbey Park means your race can be just over 5k or, given the relatively flat nature of the course, potentially 50+ miles! You decide how many laps you are going to do on the day within the 6-hour time limit. If you're looking to cover a marathon distance you'll need to complete 8 laps and a half marathon will be 4 laps.

The Hexham 10k will be a great opportunity to get a personal best for 10k. The course starts on the outskirts of Hexham and return after turning as you approach Corbridge using the largely flat Corchester Lane. As one of Northumberland's largest road races on CLOSED ROADS, this event sells out each year, so make sure to register now to avoid disappointment.

ATW brings you the St Albans Summer 10K with a twist! Join us on Sunday 19th July for an awesome day out for the whole family. What's on in our buzzing event village: We will kick start the day with a FREE family fun run, for all ages. Children are welcome to play in the kids zone once the fun run has taken place. Situated in 400 hectares of rolling countryside in the valley of the River Clyde, the course lies over endless stretches of mature woodlands and rough wetlands. Spanning two laps over flat ground, it is ideal for runners of all abilities. In Strathclyde Country Park on the roads/paths around the park, the 5k / 10k race is on a fast flat course with a fast and Flat Half Marathon. Come and take up the challenge in this RUN SCOTLAND event. A fast and Flat Half Marathon. Numbers are collected on the day between 8.30am and 9.45am Chip timed with a Medal for all finishers.
