RUNNING GRAND PRIX AT GOODWOOD MOTOR CIRCUIT – SUNDAY 11TH OCTOBER 2026! Come and join us for this 5k,10k, half marathon, 20mile, marathon & 50k at this historic Goodwood motor circuit At the world-famous Goodwood Motor Circuit, home to the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival, you will enjoy the thrill of racing your way to a new chip-timed personal best on this smooth traffic-free tarmac motor racing circuit. Located at the foot of the Sussex Downs, the track is the only classic circuit in the world to remain entirely in its original form. Goodwood Motor Circuit originally opened its gates to the public on September 1948, to host Britain’s very first post-war motor race meeting at a permanent venue. Come and enjoy the day with us we hope to see you there!

A point to point half marathon, starting in Preston and finishing at Fairhaven Lake in Lytham St Annes. The race HQ and meeting point is at Fairhaven Lake. A shuttle service will be in operation to take the start point at the docks in Preston, ready for the start at 10am. The start of the race is at Preston Docks, Navigation Way, Preston PR2 2YP. ​Now in it's seventh year, the event is exclusively limited to 500 runners, on this unique, flat, point to point course. Starting in Preston, the route leaves Preston Docks onto the Guild Wheel, then runs through Freckleton into Warton then onto Lytham St Annes for the grand finish at Fairhaven Lake where a warm welcome awaits you. 2025 was sold out early so enter soon to avoid disappointment!

Don’t miss the Hampton Court Palace Running Festival on Saturday 11th October 2026! Choose from the 10K and Half Marathon and run through history this autumn on a multi-terrain course that showcases the beauty of the palace grounds and riverside paths. We are thrilled to announce the Alcester 10k is back for its twelfth year on Sunday 11th October 2026! Starting and finishing in the beautiful market town of Alcester near Stratford Upon Avon it’s a race not to be missed! The 2025 events had more runners than ever and sold out early, so make sure you get registered fast! Starting on the High Street the route takes runners out into the stunning country lanes of Warwickshire for a single loop with two drinks stations along the way, finishing with welcome cheers from the friendly locals. We offer finishers medals and t shirts FOR ALL runners! Chip timing, post-race snacks and the chance to purchase race photography all come as standard from Raceways and afterwards why not stay and enjoy what the town has to offer from its many lovely cafes and pubs? As with all Raceways events, there is a FREE to enter 1Km Kids Fun Run which starts and ends next to the adult finish line and all children receive a FREE medal, so the whole family can enjoy the fun!

About The Event Come and join us for our annual spooky Scare Bear Run! The Care Bears were a staple of anyone who grew up in the 80's and even if you never liked them or don't have a clue who we're even talking about, I'm sure you will admit that they make for a super cute (slightly scary) medal to earn! All abilities are welcome at our super-inclusive events and we also welcome walkers too. Date & time: Sunday 11th of October 2026 Official start time 9.30am Location: Durham Amateur Rowing Club, Green Ln, Old Elvet, Durham DH1 3JU Distance & Time This is a 7 hour Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a full lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles (7km) and you can run as many or as few of these laps as you wish in the 7 hour time limit. Please note, we may use the 3.28 mile course at this venue and we will advise closer to the time. Course The course is along a beautiful stretch of the River Wear with views of the Cathedral and is classified as a trail run. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. All abilities are welcome at our super-inclusive events and we also welcome walkers too. Medals & Pins As long as you complete 5km, you will be an official finisher and you will get one of our incredible Scare Bear themed medals! We also have distance pins available for anyone who runs a half-marathon distance or more. Pins available to collect are our Half-Marathon, Mega-Half, Marathon, 50km and Ultra pins. You will receive one pin on the ribbon of your medal to reflect your achievement. Goody Bag Absolutely! You have earned these replacement calories after all, so all our finishers get a great goody bag. You will have a selection of goodies to choose from. As well as our standard goody bag, we have a vegan goody bag too. Please let us know if you are vegan or if you prefer a vegan goody bag when you enter and we can have this ready for you. Aid Table We have a fantastic aid table and drinks table at the start / finish of each lap. There is an incredible selection of drinks and savoury or sweet snacks such as crisps, cheese, fruit and cookies with vegan options also available. Special Event If our event is a special event for you, for instance your 50th, 99th, 100th, 150th, 200th, 250th etc. marathon or half marathon then please let us know. We will provide you with a great number with your name and the event date on it. Also, if it is your birthday, again let us know and we will get you a special number for your birthday! Venue Facilities Toilets and changing facilities are available at the race HQ. Bag drop is near the start and finish area. Runners should be aware the bag drop is not staffed and items are left at the sole responsibility of the participant. No liability for lost items will be accepted by the Organiser. Car Parking There is nearby free on-street parking or pay and display city centre parking. Race Day Instructions & Number Pick Up Final race day instructions will be sent out via email 7-10 days prior to the event with full race day information. Number pick up is on the day at race registration before the start of the event. Other Information There will be somewhere to leave a bag at the start / finish area. However, this is not a secure bag and the items cannot be watched at all times so please do not leave anything valuable. Headphones are allowed. Our running events are held on public footpaths so we would be grateful if all runners were considerate of other path users.

The Bath & Bristol Railway Races follow the route of the original train line from Green Park Station in Bath to Bristol Temple Meads and this route is the flattest of all the races in our calendar! The route is 100% tarmac, offering a road race like experience through the green countryside and into the heart of Bristol. The trainline was in use from 1869 - 1971 and between 1979 and 1986, Sustrans converted the railway path into whatwould become the first route on the National Cycle Network. Along the route you will find historic and active nods to the routes heritage. The Half Marathon runs out and back to Bitton Train Station, with 2.5km in each direction running alongside the Avon Valley Railway, an active heritage line that still runs on the original route today. The 25km, Marathon and 50km run alongside the Avon Valley Railway station at Bitton and onwards to Bristol, passing restored signal boxes, picturesque stations at Warmley and Mangotsfield. The 450m long Staple Hill Tunnel is on the route of the 25km, Marathon and 50km race. It is significantly larger than the tunnels at the Two Tunnels and Wye Valley Tunnel Run as the route had two railway lines running through the tunnel. The Staple Hill Tunnel is well lit.

Get ready to light up your Friday night at the brand-new ATW 5K & 10K Neon Run, an exciting evening running event coming to Cyclopark in Gravesend. Join us on Friday 16th October 2026 at 7PM. This event is designed to combine running, music, lights, and a party atmosphere, making it the perfect way to kick-start your weekend. Whether you’re a regular ATW runner, completely new to running events, or simply looking for a fun and different experience, the Neon Run is all about enjoying the journey as much as the finish line. The best part is, you will receive a free neon light bundle with your entry ticket! What to Expect Runners can choose between a 5K or 10K distance, with both races starting together at 7:00PM. The course is a 2.5km lap. The event will take place on a closed track, offering a wide, smooth, tarmac path and accessible course that’s ideal for beginners, social runners, and those looking to take on a new challenge. To keep energy levels high throughout the evening, there will be four music stations positioned around the track, providing motivation and a great atmosphere every time you pass by. This popular half marathon road race is situated in the historic village of Bamburgh, with its Castle used as a stunning back drop. The course consists of a loop of closed roads between the Bamburgh/North Sunderland - slightly undulating with lots of flat sections in the beautiful Northumberland countryside, with some views out to the Farne Islands and Holy Island and the North Sea.
