A beautiful and scenic run hugging the River Thames. Leading out next to the Woolwich foot tunnel and with the iconic Thames Barrier in view, runners will follow the Thames Path from Woolwich to the picturesque and green Gallions Park, a lap of the park, up and down the 'curly whirly' and then back to the finish following the river once more.
The Woolwich 10km will be on Sunday, 30th August at 9 am, starting behind the Waterfront Leisure Centre. All finishers receive a bespoke medal, drink and snack.
