As part of the popular Guy Fawkes Series, the "Penny for the Guy" event allows you to participate for FREE simply by joining the Every Mile Counts STRAVA Club. However, if you want to commemorate your achievement with a medal, paid entries are available. So, lace up your sneakers, pick your preferred distance, and be part of this uplifting event! While the race is virtual this year, it promises the same sense of community and accomplishment that Every Mile Counts is known for. Penny for the Guy is part of our Guy Fawkes Series: Currently for 2026 the event is only available virtually. This is because we are again looking to relocate our race location, so for now it is only available virtually. Run for FREE! – Join our STRAVA Club – Every Mile Counts and enter the event for free! But only paid entries receive a medal. You chose the distance you want to run – 5k, 10k, Half, Marathon or Ultra. Suitable for walkers or runners.
