Bingley-Rock up n' Run

Get ready for an exciting evening of running at the Bingley-Rock up n' Run event on Thursday, August 20th, 2026! Organised by It's Grim up North Running, this vibrant Summer Series invites runners of all levels to join in the fun with two fantastic race options: a 5k for just £10.00, and a 10k for £15.00. Registration opens at 6pm, with the 10k race kicking off at 6:45pm and the 5k following at 7pm. There's no need to book online—simply turn up on the evening and join the thrill! All participants will earn a colourful jumble medal, and can enjoy delicious hot food, a refreshing beer or soft drink, and a sweetie bag as a post-race treat.
