The Lucky Clover - 5k, 10k, Half, Full or Ultra Marathon

Get ready for an exhilarating day of running at The Lucky Clover, hosted by Zig Zag Running on Saturday, August 22, 2026, in the picturesque Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. This exciting event offers a range of race distances to suit every runner's ambition, including a 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon, and even an ultra marathon! With a mass start at 9 am and a generous seven-hour cut-off, participants can enjoy the freedom to run at their own pace and choose the distance that fits their goals. The race will take place on scenic routes, featuring the Clover Half Route for the half and full marathon runners, and the beautiful Golding Hills for the 5k and 10k events. Runners can look forward to well-stocked aid stations every 10k, ensuring that hydration and snacks are readily available. Each participant will receive a bespoke medal upon crossing the finish line, with an option for a lucky dip finisher medal if available. The Lucky Clover Back to Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX It's a seven-hour cut off with a mass start at 9am Your race, your pace, your distance!     This race offers you a number of distance choices - 5k, 10k, Half, Full or Ultra     We will be utilising the Clover Half Route (for the half and full) and Golding Hills (5k & 10k) There will be an aid station of drinks and nibbles every 10k. Parking is also included in your entry price.      The Race HQ/Base Camp is located at the start and Lap point and at the base camp we will have our water/aid station. We have designed a Bespoke medal for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race.   Or if you choose the lucky dip finisher option (if available), you will choose from a selection of previous or finisher medal. Please note the event has gone cupless - so please bring your own bottles or cups for refilling.
