The Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course is coming to Cheltenham on Saturday 10th October 2026 and it's going to be Epic! The obstacles are BIGGER, BOUNCIER and BETTER than ever before! You'll be jumping, sliding and laughing all the way to the finish line. Grab your friends, family or tackle it on your own. Can I miss an obstacle out?
Yes, if you don't feel like doing a particular obstacle, please check with our marshal on each obstacle beforehand.
How long will it take?
How long an event will take you depends on your level of fitness, your experience, and whether or not you've been training. 2.5k Avg 20mins, 5k Avg 45mins, 10k 1h 15mins, 15k Avg 1h 45mins.
Is there a time limit for completing the course?
You are able to run or walk at your own pace! However, the last start time for 10k & 15k runners is 11.30am.
Can I upgrade my distance?
Yes, you can do this on the day of the event. Please head to the help desk and you can upgrade or amend your distance.
Can I run with a group of friends?
Yes, please make sure you all enter the same start wave.
Is there an age limit?
The inflatable 5k is open for ages 5 - 15 years old. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times (3:1 child:adult ratio). Adult: 16+ / Child: 5 to 15yrs
I am pregnant, can I run?
We would advise against it, however, it is your responsibility to contact a medical professional regarding this and you would be participating at your own risk.
Can I transfer my booking?
You can transfer your booking to another person or another inflatable event up-to 10 days prior to the event date, there is a £7.50 per person fee for this.
Can you do the Inflatable 5K alone?
Yes, participants can run as individuals. There is plenty of people on the course to help if needed.
