Mudfest - November 2026

Get ready for an exhilarating day of fun and fitness at Mudfest, taking place on Friday, November 27, 2026, in the beautiful Rosliston Forest in Swadlincote, Derbyshire! Organised by Rasselbock Running, this unique event offers a fantastic opportunity to embrace the great outdoors while getting a little muddy. Participants will tackle a specially designed 4km loop in a thrilling four-hour challenge. Whether you choose to complete as many laps as possible or simply enjoy a single loop at your own pace, every participant will be celebrated with a bespoke finisher’s medal. Join us for this lively and supportive atmosphere, perfect for runners of all levels looking to enjoy a more intimate experience with fewer competitors. We’ll be heading back to the lovely Rosliston Forest again in for a stomp around in the mud with our special short format. The runs will be a little shorter than usual, only 4 hours long on a 4km loop, but you can still expect the full Rasselbock experience on the day! You may attempt to complete as many laps as possible over the full four hours, or you may choose to finish just one, either way, you will be a finisher and receive your bespoke medal* when you tap out. If you're after the Rasselbock love and care, but everything on a smaller scale with fewer runners around then this has to be the event for you.
