Littlehampton 10k will take place on Sunday 6th September 2026, starting and finishing on the Littlehampton seafront! Take in colourful beach huts, award-winning architecture – and the UK’s longest bench! Taking place on Littlehampton beach promenade, the 10k route passes through residential Littlehampton, Rustington, and Mewsbrook Park. The run always attracts a variety of participants, from corporate teams and running clubs to individuals and groups – some pushing for a personal best, others just wanting to get out running with friends. This fully road closed 10k has been running for over 20 years and supports the amazing charity Chestnut Tree House.

Getting there
The race village for the Littlehampton 10K is located on The Promenade, Littlehampton BN17 5GB. Please note that road closures around the event will be in place so unless you have official parking, we advise parking in one of the many car parks in Littlehampton town centre and walking. More up to date instructions will be release in your final instructions but please use the following as a guide on how to plan your travel to the event. Car Littlehampton can be easily accessed from the A27 from Portsmouth and Eastbourne. It is also only an hours drive away from Guildford via the A283. Parking Official car parking normally sells out so please buy your parking when you register for the event. The following car parks are all within a 15 mins walk to the race village (Banjo Road/ East Beach Green). St Martins town centre car park (196 spaces) High Street, Littlehampton, BN17 6BS Manor House town centre car park (104 spaces) High Street, Littlehampton, BN17 5AG Surrey Street town centre car park (45 spaces) Surrey Street, Littlehampton, BN17 5BJ Anchor Springs town centre car park (27 spaces) Anchor Springs, Littlehampton, BN17 6BP Car Park Littlehampton Station (29 spaces) Postcode: BN17 5BS River Road town centre car park (19 spaces) River Road, Littlehampton, BN17 5BN For Littlehampton 10K disabled parking we suggest parking at the West Green Car Park next to Harbour Park. The address is West Green Car Park, Littlehampton BN17 5LL. Trains Thanks to the Victorians, this once sleepy fishing village has become a bustling seaside town and with direct trains from London Victoria and Clapham Junction. On race morning, these trains do take a long time and you will need to change in Brighton. As of the 16th Dec, below are the arrival times into Littlehampton Station. We advise you to check your journey via the South Western website

FAQs
Can I get a refund or defer my entry to next year?
Race entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE and NON-DEFERABLE. We do not permit a change of race number. A full refund will only be offered within 14 days of payment. After this there will be NO REFUNDS, DEFERRALS TO NEXT YEAR OR TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER RUNNER. If you are pregnant, we are happy to defer your entry to the following year
Where is the water station located?
There will one water station on the course that is located at 5.2K.
Where are the toilets located?
There are toilets on the course by our water station which is at 5.2Km
Where can I leave my bag before the race?
Our friendly baggage team will collect your bags in the event village Please provide your own bags.
Where can I collect my race number from?
We’ll have plenty of staff available to issue race numbers on race morning from 7:30am from our registration tent near the start. However, to save time on the day, you may also collect your race number in advance from the following locations. Littlehampton Parkrun finish line on 5th September from 9:15am – 10:30am RUN Store, Station Parade, 14a Tarring Rd, Worthing BN11 4SS on the 28th, 29th August and 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th September from 11am – 5pm
Is the race chip timed?
Yes, using a timing chip that is contained in your race number.
Can I give my number to a friend?
Sorry, this goes against our health and safety regulations and breaks our public liability insurance. We are responsible for our registered runners only and require emergency information incase something happens.
Is there a time limit?
There is a time limit of 1 hour 30mins.
Can I run with headphones?
As this is a fully road closed event you can wear headphones. We strongly advise you only wear one earphone or use aftershock headphones or similar so that you can still hear important marshal instructions and stay aware of other runners on the course.
