Participants will enjoy a 4-hour challenge on a scenic 4km loop, allowing you to complete as many laps as you can or simply enjoy the atmosphere with a single lap. No matter your choice, every runner will be celebrated as a finisher and will receive a bespoke medal to commemorate their achievement. We’ll be heading back to the lovely Rosliston Forest again in for a stomp around in the mud with our special short format. The runs will be a little shorter than usual, only 4 hours long on a 4km loop, but you can still expect the full Rasselbock experience on the day! You may attempt to complete as many laps as possible over the full four hours, or you may choose to finish just one, either way, you will be a finisher and receive your bespoke medal* when you tap out. If you're after the Rasselbock love and care, but everything on a smaller scale with fewer runners around then this has to be the event for you.
