BATTERSEA PARK CHASE THE SUN 5K & 10K – WEDNESDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER 2026 Battersea Park is one of London’s most picturesque parks and has been a favourite course for those wanting to run a PB! The course is totally flat, offering the perfect opportunity to push yourself to a personal best. Starting and finishing at the Parks Bandstand this course laps the park making it easy to follow and great for any spectators to catch you flying around the course. COURSE = Flat tarmac terrain, 2 laps (5k) or 4 laps (10k) of the park As always with RunThrough, you will each get a themed medal, water and post race snacks on the day. Each kilometre is accurately marked out with signposts and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish. The challenge is back on for 2026 - Who will reign supreme - City or Wharf? It's time to get competitive and challenge not only yourself but also your corporate competitors. Awards up for grabs are: Fastest individuals (M&F); fastest relay team; largest company entry, as well as fastest company teams - M/F/Mixed teams (combined company results generated from our timing system). Timings - 10k individual run 6pm - Team Relay 6.05pm - 5k run 6.20pm This is how it works: 1. Enter individually into the 5k or 10k race 2. Enter as a team of 2 for our team 10k relay event: £20 per person (PLEASE enter both team members. Teams can be made up of any gender. Each participant runs 5k. Company placings for fastest teams require minimum of 4 people from any one company in order to show in the team results. Every entrant receives full race chip timing, an awesome CityvWharf medal, full race day support and high fives, light refreshments post race (as well as bottled water at start/finish line). The course is clearly marked from start to finish and our marshal team will keep you motivated all the way to your medal. As the season turns, tree-lined paths and open greens create a colourful backdrop. Runners enjoy a balanced mix of gentle climbs and confident descents, plus easy access for supporters near the start and finish so you can count on cheers when it matters. Phoenix Running Crystal Palace is inviting you to join us for 'Retro Run’ in Crystal Palace Park. Grab your family and friends for a retro run style, it’s time to move. Come join us and get this lovely medal. This timed event is where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of 2.65km (1.65 mile) along Crystal Palace Park. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete two lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the time limit of 7 hours and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal. The beauty of this format is that you don't even need to decide in advance, simply come and run 2 laps and see how you feel on the day and keep on going if it feels right. The course will be well marked, minimum distance is 3.30 miles or as far as you can go in the time limit. Off road trail. A great park to run around with good tarmac and gravel pathways. Age limit - 18 years old and above. This event is licensed by Trail Running Association and will adhere to the UK Athletics rules. The course is path, we recommend road/trail shoes depending on the weather. The course features a series of gentle undulations with challenging steep sections that rise sharply, creating a dynamic and varied landscape for participants to navigate. Entries will be limited so please don't leave it too late to sign up.

CLAPHAM COMMON 5K & 10K – SUNDAY 27th SEPTEMBER 2026 Run around the flat paths of the beautiful Clapham Common and take the opportunity to go for a personal best. Start Time: Half Marathon- 9:00am 5k & 10k - 9:30am THE COURSE The majority of the route is on footpaths in the park running past Clapham Common Bandstand on route. The final 75 meters of the route is on gravel and is quite testing.

Our route follows the park’s smooth pathways alongside legendary monuments, statues and memorials - and past the famous Serpentine Lake. Take in the views across the lake as you embrace the open air and admire the rose gardens, meadows and wildfowl.
