Running Events Devon would like to invite you to come and run with us. At our new venue, the Choo-Choo Challenge event is being held on the Monday 31st August 2026 We are operating our 'TUGG' system as in Turn Up Get Going, you can turn up any time between 7:30 and 14:30 BUT you have to be finished by 15:30. Absolutely all abilities of runners / walkers can take part in our events as you have 7 hours to get to the finish of your final lap, each lap is 5.3k out and back, of our scenic route on an old disused train line. Everyone is welcome whether you are planning to walk or run, whether you finish 1 lap, 4 laps or even 14 laps in the permitted time, we would class you as finisher and a winner, and you can collect your Medal for the event. Please come and have a try and see how far you can go. Places are strictly limited so please do not leave it too late to enter, if and when we reach capacity anyone entering after, will get a bespoke medal of their choice of the ones that we have with us on that day. The route is incredibly beautiful, varied and interesting as you run through the different areas dedicated to specific species. The sold terrain underfoot gives you a surface more akin to a solid road surface, with all the beauty of a trail run. Westonbirt is a great relaxing family day out with lots of activities for children too. As part of your race ticket you are welcome to stay and enjoy the arboretum for the whole day, and family, friends and supporters can gain access to the arboretum for just £3/person when travelling with a runner, for special access before 9am, and stay for the day too. Normal visitor ticket prices will be payable after 9am.

Phoenix Running presents four events inspired by the power of the natural elements. Each day features its own themed event "" Fire, Water, Air, and Earth "" celebrating endurance, energy, freedom, and resilience. From the intensity of Fire to the grounded strength of Earth, runners can take on all four elemental challenges or choose individual events, making it a dynamic festival of trail running, community, and personal achievement. Collect all 4 medals and complete the set. All 4 are our classic timed events where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile course around Grafham Water, St Neots and Thorpe Meadows. We also operate our uniquely flexible 'rock up and run' start times within a 1 hour start window, so no waiting around if you arrive early and no added pressure if you're running a bit late. The Sandridge 10k is back for 2026! Join us as we start and finish in the village at Sandridge Primary School playing field, embarking on a scenic trail through the beautiful countryside of Hertfordshire that surrounds Sandridge. This event is a perfect blend of challenge and fun, so come together to celebrate the spirit of running, the warmth of our community, and the beauty of the great outdoors.

Come and join us for our Rubber Ducky Waddle! At this event, not only will you earn a super cute rubber duck themed medal but also, your very own rubber ducky to take home with you!! As always our events are super inclusive and everyone is welcome. The lowest entry price for all distances is available to members only and is £10.00 lower than the full price. You can become a member by logging into your profile and purchasing one of the membership schemes. As well as the cheapest entry price, a member is guaranteed entry to the run and gets a mini-me medal pin at every event they attend! Address: The Last Hop, Unit 2, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street, Staines, TW18 4SU Distance & Time: This is a 7 hour Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 3km, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles or 7km (this is subject to change to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions) and you can run as many, or as few, of these laps as you like subject to UK athletics age restrictions (please see the restrictions below). We will have a 3k turn point and 5k turn point within the lap which is available to allow our younger runners to comply with the UK Athletics distance rules. It is 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra, we also have a 50km distance available. The regular course is subject to some change near the time of the event depending on our health and safety review of the course. Course: The course along a beautiful stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. The course is mainly well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section. Road shoes are suitable all year round. Medals: As long as you complete 3km, you will be an official finisher and you will get one of our incredible rubber duck themed medals and your very own rubber duck! Distance Pins: We have distance pins available for anyone who runs a half-marathon distance or more. Pins available to collect are our Half-Marathon, Mega-Half, Marathon, 50km and Ultra pins. You will receive one pin on the ribbon of your medal to reflect your achievement. Goody Bag: Absolutely! You earned the calories after all, so all our finishers get a goody bag. As well as our standard goody bag, with a selection of various goodies to choose from, we also have a fabulous vegan goody bag for our vegan runners. Aid Table: We have a fantastic aid table and drinks table at the start / finish of each lap. There is an incredible selection of drinks and savoury or sweet snacks such as crisps, cheese, fruit and cookies with vegan options also available. Special Event: If our event is a special event for you, for instance your 50th, 99th, 100th, 200th, 250th etc., half or full marathon then please let us know. You will receive a special running number with your name on it and the date of the event. Venue Facilities: The Last Hop has toilets but there are no separate changing facilities or showers. If you do wish to get changed, the downstairs toilets are large enough for you to change in. These facilities will be open from 8am and will be available for use throughout the entire event. Final Instructions / Number pick up: Final race day instructions will be sent out via email in the week leading up to the event and will include full race day information. Number pick up is on the day at race registration before the start of the event. Parking: There is parking available in Bridge Street Car Park in Staines, TW18 4TP. Other Info: There will be somewhere to leave a bag at the start / finish area. However, this is not a secure bag and the items cannot be watched at all times so please do not leave anything valuable. Headphones are allowed. Our running events are held on public footpaths so we would be grateful if all runners were considerate of other path users.



It's time to have some fun... Choice of 5K (ish), 10K (ish), Half Marathon and Marthon distances. Come and join us for the 8th Yabba Dabba Doo fun run at Chase Water Country Park. This multi lap event is great for people aiming to increase their distance and runners will complete as many 5K laps as they wish around the beautiful reservoir. The route is signed and the course is flat, fast, and hard underfoot with a mixture of hard stone, and pathways. There will also be aid stations full of lots of goodies to keep you going and each finisher will receive a Yabba Dabba doo medal. Fancy dress is highly encouraged! We will have use of Chasewaters facilities which include a cafe/toilets / Children’s park as well as the stunning views in the park.
