This fun-filled day kicks off a brand new series called "Totally Quackers," where participants can choose from a variety of race distances, including 5km, 10k, half marathon, marathon, and ultra, all set along a scenic 5.3km out-and-back course by the beautiful River Thames. Each runner will receive a stunning giant spinning duck medal available in up to 10 vibrant colors, plus an adorable rubber ducky themed for the day. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first-time runner, this event welcomes all abilities. With a minimum distance of just 3.28 miles and a generous 7-hour time limit, you can run at your own pace and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere. Phoenix Running is inviting you to our brand new 'Duck n Run "" Totally Quackers' Run series and this is the single day entry for day 1 - quack, quack. Each day has brand new giant spinning duck medal with up to 10 colours to collect and as if that wasn't enough to get your wings flapping, you'll also receive an actual rubber ducky, themed for each day - bath times will never be the same again! You can enter any of the days individually or any combination of days, or, why not try our 5in5, 7in7 or perhaps even the complete Ten in Ten (TiT) Summer race series 2026. This is one of our timed events where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.
