The Sandridge 10k is back for 2026! The course
We start and finish in the village at Sandridge Primary School playing field. The 10k is a TRAIL run – predominantly off road on paths and woodland terrain. Please be aware of trip hazards and uneven footing. A route map will be made available closer to the run date. There will be physical route markings out on race day and marshals stationed along the course.
Getting there
The race starts at Sandridge School (AL4 9EB) In the interest of both health and minimising our carbon footprint, runners and spectators are encouraged to walk or cycle to the event where possible. There are regular bus routes through the village of Sandridge from St Albans and surrounding villages. There will be no parking available at Sandridge School, however there are public car parks in Sandridge Village (High Street, AL4 9DA). Sandridge School (AL4 9EB) is a short walk from the Village Hall and playing fields where there is extra parking.
