What's included
* There will be water stations at mile 1.5, 6 and 10. We offer reusable plastic cups however you are encouraged to run with your own water carrier and to fill this up. * The route will be marked and there will be marshals on the course but the final responsibility is with the runner. * The Strava map will be shared with you well in advance of the race. * Entry includes a finisher's medal
The course
A lovely mix of road and trail make this route, set within a beautiful country estate, one not to be missed.
Parking
There is free parking in South Queensferry. Please leave enough time to find a parking space and get to the start line on time. You can leave you bike with us at the start/finish area, please note that we can’t ultimately take any responsibility for it and it’s left at your own risk but we’re happy to watch it whilst you run.

FAQs
Is there a bag drop?
Unsecured baggage storage will be available at the Scout Hall. The race organisers take no responsibility for any items stored before, during or after the race.
Will there be a briefing?
There will be a safety brief given to all runners 5 minutes before the start to go over any safety issues and give the opportunity for runners to ask any questions.
Can I run with a buggy?
This route is not suitable for buggy running.
Can I run with a dog?
Unfortunately our insurance will not cover this.
