Participants can choose between a fast and flat 5k or 10k race, both of which promise to be perfect for achieving personal bests. The 10k race kicks off at 7:00 PM and features an elevation of just 12 meters over four laps, while the 5k race, also starting at the same time, offers a gentle 6-meter elevation over two laps. With the race concluding by 8:30 PM, this evening run is an ideal way to enjoy a summer's night while challenging yourself on a picturesque course. Dorney Lake is situated near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire, is a purpose-built rowing lake with grounds that are a perfect backdrop to running as well as rowing. The flat course is ideal for a chip-timed personal best over the 5k or 10k distance.
