The course
Run along forest paths, woodland tracks and gravel roads as you take in the golden hues of the season. With accurate mile markers, friendly marshals and a buzzing event village, you'll feel supported from start to finish. There WILL be pedestrians on the course, so please be aware of this. We have marshals around the course and signs but this is not a road race, you have to pay very close attention to where you are going. We recommend you do not use earphones and you need to be aware of your surroundings.
Getting there
PARKING There will be free parking available at the concert site. Please do note that if you wish to stay at the forest after the event, you must move your car to the main venue car park. BY TRAIN The closest train station to Cannock Chase Forest is Rugeley Town, which is located at 2.7 miles away. If you are travelling by train, and travel light, you could jog to the start line to warm up.
