Choose from three exhilarating race distances: the Half Marathon, starting at 10:00 am, the 10K at 10:45 am, or the 5K at 10:55 am. As you navigate the closed roads, you'll be cheered on by our friendly team of marshals and enjoy a vibrant event village filled with delicious food and drink options, including warm coffee and free goodies awaiting you at the finish line. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or simply looking to embrace a new challenge, the Edinburgh Running Festival is the perfect event for you. In view of the Palace of Holyroodhouse and the iconic Arthur's Seat, these undulating half marathon, 10k and 5k routes will take you on closed roads around Edinburgh's Holyrood Park. This is the perfect opportunity to take in some of the sights of Edinburgh, whilst bagging yourself a PB or tackling a new challenge. With RunThrough you can expect a friendly team of marshals to help guide you around the course and cheer you on the finish, a lively and well serviced event village with plenty of food and drink options including excellent warm coffee and free goodies from our partners at the finish line after your hard effort.
