Run Cumbria Solway Marathon / Half 2026

The Solway Half Marathon/Marathon is a flat and fast route on the scenic rural roads of North West Cumbria. The race will start and finish in Anthorn, doing one or two loops using country lanes through Bowness-on-Solway, and returning to Anthorn via the coastal roads. The race will feature chip timing by Timing4Sport, with all finishers receiving a bespoke medal. The course is certified as a road Marathon and the course officially measured This means the time is recognised by Run Britain Marathon Rankings and can be used a a good for age qualification for marathons such as London/Boston etc
