Run London Epping Forest Trail 10k/5k

The long-awaited return of our Epping Forest Trail 10k and 5k will be on Sunday 29th March 2026. Epping Forest is owned and managed by the City of London. The Forest is of national and international conservation importance and home to over 50,000 ancient pollard trees and 100 lakes and ponds and open 365 days of the year! The 10k is two laps of the southern end of the forest near Chingford, while the 5k is just one lap. The 10K starts at 10:00 The 5K starts at 10:15 The race is a short walk from Chingford station which has regular trains to/from London Liverpool Street.
