Challenge Chasers Refund Policy

Capitalised terms not defined in this Refund Policy have the meanings given to them in the Challenge Chasers Terms of Use.
1. General Position on Refunds
Challenge Chasers is not an event organiser, does not sell tickets, and does not take payment from participants.
All payments for Events are made directly to the relevant event organiser or ticket seller (the "Organiser"). As a result, Challenge Chasers does not issue refunds and has no authority to approve or reject refund requests.
2. Orders Not Accepted by an Organiser
Where a registration, order or ticket purchase is not accepted by an Organiser or ticket seller, any refund, cancellation of payment, or release of funds will be handled directly by the Organiser or their payment provider.
Challenge Chasers does not process payments and therefore does not issue refunds or cancel payment authorisations.
3. Accepted Orders and Refund Eligibility
Where an order or registration has been accepted by an Organiser, refunds (if any) are governed solely by the Organiser's Event Terms.
Challenge Chasers mirrors no refund policy of its own.
This means:
- if the Organiser offers refunds under their Event Terms, your refund request must be made directly to them; and
- if the Organiser does not offer refunds, Challenge Chasers will not provide a refund or compensation of any kind.
4. Event Changes and Cancellations
Events may be rescheduled, relocated, altered, delayed or cancelled.
Any refund, credit, transfer or deferral resulting from such changes is entirely at the discretion of the Organiser and governed by their Event Terms.
Challenge Chasers has no obligation to provide refunds, credits or compensation for Event changes or cancellations.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal or payment dispute against Challenge Chasers in connection with any Event.
Any payment dispute must be raised directly with the Organiser or ticket seller, as they are the recipient of your payment.
Challenge Chasers bears no responsibility or financial liability for payment disputes relating to Events.
6. No Refund Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Challenge Chasers shall not be liable for:
- refunds, credits or cancellations;
- dissatisfaction with an Event;
- Event changes, postponements or cancellations; or
- any losses arising from payments made to Organisers.
