Challenge Chasers Payment Terms

1. Payments

During the event registration journey, you may be shown pricing information relating to an Event, including any entry fees, booking fees or other charges (the "Price").

All payments for Events are made directly to the relevant event organiser or ticket seller (the "Organiser"), not to Challenge Chasers.

Payment must be made using the payment methods made available by the Organiser on their website or checkout system at the time of purchase.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

• you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, or
• you have express authorisation from the payment method holder to use it.

Challenge Chasers does not collect, process, store or hold participant payments and does not act as a payment agent for Organisers.

2. Registration Process and Contract Formation

When you proceed to register for an Event via the Challenge Chasers platform, you will typically be redirected to the Organiser's or ticket seller's website to complete your registration and payment.

Any registration, ticket purchase or participation creates a legally binding contract solely between you and the Organiser or ticket seller, governed by their Event Terms.

Challenge Chasers:

• does not take payment on behalf of Organisers;
• does not submit orders on your behalf;
• does not issue tickets or confirmations; and
• does not have authority to bind Organisers contractually.

3. Your Obligations

You confirm and agree that:

• all registration information you provide to an Organiser is accurate, complete and up to date;
• if any registration information changes prior to the Event, you will notify the Organiser directly within a reasonable time; and
• when you agree to Event Terms, you undertake to comply with those terms and, where you register other participants, to ensure they also comply.

Challenge Chasers is not responsible for incorrect or outdated information provided to an Organiser.

4. Refunds, Cancellations and Payment Disputes

Refunds, cancellations, deferrals, transfers and credits are governed exclusively by the Organiser's Event Terms.

Challenge Chasers:

• does not issue refunds;
• does not approve or reject refund requests;
• does not handle chargebacks or payment disputes.

Any payment dispute, refund request or chargeback must be raised directly with the Organiser or ticket seller.

You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal or payment dispute against Challenge Chasers in connection with any Event, as Challenge Chasers is not the recipient of your payment.

5. Challenge Chasers' Fees

The Challenge Chasers platform is provided to participants free of charge.

You acknowledge and agree that Challenge Chasers may receive a commercial referral, marketing or platform fee from an Organiser in connection with:

• referring participants to an Event;
• featuring or promoting Events on the platform; or
• driving registrations or ticket sales.

This fee is paid by the Organiser and does not affect the Price you pay unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Events Without Registration Arrangements

Challenge Chasers may promote or refer to Events where the Organiser has not entered into a formal arrangement with us and where we cannot offer any registration or referral services.

In such cases, you will be directed to the Organiser's website to register or purchase tickets.

Challenge Chasers has no involvement in those registrations and accepts no responsibility for:

• payment processing;
• ticket issuance;
• refunds or cancellations; or
• Event delivery.

7. Third-Party Websites

The Services may include links to third-party websites operated by Organisers or other third parties.

Links to third-party websites do not constitute an endorsement.

Challenge Chasers is not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites.

You should review their terms and privacy policies before making any payment or providing personal information.

8. No Payment Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Challenge Chasers shall not be liable for:

• failed or declined payments;
• payment processing errors;
• unauthorised transactions;
• chargebacks or payment reversals; or
• any loss arising from payments made to Organisers.
